Try-a-Tri followed by a Pot Luck Lunch
Practice Triathlon in Manasquan, then stay for a Potluck Lunch
+Set up your transition area
+Practice getting in and OUT of your wetsuit
+Swim and then do a brick.
When all done, enjoy a Lunch!
The mock tri is set up to be sprint distance (.25 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 2 mile run)
Doors open at 8:30AM
Triathlon start is 10AM
Swim: ~.25 mile OWS in the creek at the back of the house
Bike: 12 mile (can lengthen or shorten)
